Prevention

There are some simple measures you can exercise to prevent sore throats.

Washing hands regularly

Practicing good hygiene

Avoiding crowded and enclosed areas

Avoiding close contact with sick people

Strengthening your immunity

Avoiding exposure to allergens and irritants

Recovery

If you’ve already got sore throat, here’s how you can manage it.

Get some rest

Drink plenty of fluids

Humidify the air

Try soothing food and drinks

Avoid irritants

Gargle with Bactidol
